Marshall Dennis Wexler WedsMiss Marilyn Carole GanzMiss Marilyn Carole Ganz and Marshall Dennis Wexler were married Dec. 1 in a ceremony at Sinai Temple in Marion.Miss Ganz is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Max Ganz of Marion. Tlie groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Wexler of Cano-ga Park, Cal.A white p e a u de soie gown was worn by the bride. A band of pearls accented the Empire waist which ended in a flat bow at the back. The gown featured h Sabrina neckline and long sleeves. The A-line skirt ended in a chapel train. The silk illusion fingertip length veil was held by an open pillbox of white peau de soie trimmed with pearl beading designed to match the gown. She wore a diamond heart pendant, a gift from the bridegroom; and she carried a white Belgium lace handkerchief. She carried a bouquet of white Phalaenopsis and Cattlya or- % chids in a tapered cascade arrangement.Mrs. Barry Pliskin of Elkhart, was the matron-of-honor; and Miss Barbara Wexler, sister of the groom, was the bridesmaid.James Shovers of Sherman Oaks, Cal., was the best man; and David Ganz, brother of the bride, was the groomsman.The bride’s attendants wore identical short sleeved, scoop necked slim floor-length gowns of pink crepe w'ith deeper pink *atin trim at the Empire waist.A slim panel of pink crepe was attached to the waistline at the back. They wore long white satin gloves and carried formal cascade arrangements of American Beauty cabbage roses with Caraelia foliage, A short reception for the wedding guests was held in the Temple social room. The champagne table was covered with a white Italian lace and linen doth. The receiving line had a background of Champagne roses and greenery.A formal reception followed for 300 guests at the Holiday Inn.The couple will honeymoon in Las Vegas, Nev.They will make their home in Reseda, Cal.Tlie bride attended the University of Wisconsin and graduated from Indiana University. She was a member of Sigma Delta Tau social sorority, Psi Chi National Psychology Honorary, and Indiana University Foundation.The groom attended University of Wisconsin and Los Angeles Valley College.Mrs. Wexler is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sol Bolotin of Indianapolis.4th Session of Symphony Series SlatedHie fourth session of the Symphony Seminar series will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12.Dr. Philip Slates, professor of music at Butler University, will be the guest speaker.He will speak on Easley Blackwood Jr.’s “SYMPHONY No. 2” which will be performed locally for the first time by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.Blackwood is a native of Indianapolis, and is now living in New York City.Tickets will be available at the door.r
