Toastmasters Elect New Vice President Harry Wade was elected educa tional vice president of Nampa Toastmasters Club No. 324 Tuesday evening at the Harmony Cafe Wade succeeds Chester Higgins who has been transferred by the PFE to Seattle. D. A. Durell pre sided over the meeting during which tentative plans were made for a speechcraft course in the near future. Speeches were made by Van Mead, Carl Martin, Dick Newton and Harry Wade. Dean Romph, master evaluator, was assisted by Lynn Angell, Wayne Chapman Blaine Brecken and Van H. Witzel Verl Jarvis was topicmaster and Ed Baker served as toastmaster George Covert, a Nampa High School toastmaster, was a guest.
