I’oMjwncd Sheriff* Sale.WILL POSITIVELY SE SOLO.BV virtue of two writs of venditioni exponas, issued out of Washington County Court against the goods and chatties* lands and tenements of David Burnett, at the suits of Benjamin Kurts and Jacob Uhlcry, use of Jacob Mitkilekauff, against Isaac Craig and David Barnett—-ami also by virtue of nine writs of fieri facias issued by Thomas Johns, a Justice of the Peace,against the goods and chatties, lands and tenements uf David Barnett, at the suits of John McClelland, use of Jacob Snively, and Brin sun ade and Snively, to me directed, and for taxes and fees—I will sell at public sale, on Friday the 20th day of December next, at 3 o’clock, P. M. in front of the Court House in Hagert-town to the highest bidder, for cash, all that tract of LAND, lying on the north bank of the Potomac, two miles east of Hancock, now in possession of said Barnett, containing 270 acres of land, with a log batn, and a log tavern house thereon, Win.
