Be it ordained by the City Council ot Spanish Fork City. I'Uih:Section 1 It shall be unlawful, within Spanish Fork City. Utah, for any person suffering with influenza or who shall have had influenza, or who shall have been In a house where Influenza Is prevelent.^wlihln a period of fifteen days to outer upon any sidewalk, store, or other public place in Spanish Fork City, without the consent of the Board of health of Spanish Fork City, provided however that nothing herein contained shall prevent a practicing physician, nurse, or helper designated by the Board of Health of Spunlsh Fork City to enter upon such street, store, or other public place although such person may have been in a place where Influenza Im prevelent.Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, within Spanish Fork City, Utahrto enter any Barber-shop, livery stable, bank, office depot or other public place while the room is occupied by one customer, provided however that nothing herein contained shall prevent employees frota entering nny public place whore they are employed.Section 3 It shall be unlawful for any person, other than nn employee, to enter any retail store wlthlif Spanish Fork City, Utah, until further orderefl the Board of Health of Spanish Fork City.Section 4 It shall be unlawful for two or more persons to be within six feet from each other upon any street, side walk, or public place within Spanish Fork City, Utah, except that ( nothing herein contained shall pre- { vent two or more persons from riding in a car or vehicle on the streets of Spanish Fork City, Utah.Section 5 It shall be unlawful for any person to keep open any store, barber shop, confectionary store, or other public place between the hours of six o'clock P. M. and 7 o'clock A. M. of the day following, providing however that nothing herein contained slinll prohibit druggists from dispensing drugs during said time, provided also hotels and restaurants may furnish meals until 8 o'clock P. M. and provide rooms at any time. lt;A penalty of a $60.00 fine or fifty lt;days in jail or both fine and imprison- * metU is made for infractions of the law.
