IThe full text of the law as passed last nlgkt follows:Whereas the 8pantsh Influents Is quite prevelent in 8panlah Fork City and notwithstanding the fact that our schools, public meetings and plates of amusement have been discontinued for some time, and:Whereas the Board of Health of Spanish Fork City have ordered the , adoption of the measures hereinafter provided for In order that the Influenza may be stamped out, Now There- 1 fore:— %Be it ordained by the City Council { of Spanish Fork City. Utah:Section 1 It shall be unlawful. j within Spanish Fork City. Utah, for ' any person suffering with influenza or who shall have had influenza, or ( who shall have been In a house where Influenza is prevelent,1'within a period! of fifteen days to onter upon any' sidewalk, store, or other public place i in Spanish Fork City, without the consent of the Board of health of Spanish Fork City, provided however that nothing herein contained shull prevent a practicing physician, nurse, or helper designated by the Board of Health of Spanish Fork City to enter upon such street, store, or other public place although such person may have been in a place where Influenza is prevelent.Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, within Spanish Fork City, Utah,-to enter any Barber-shop. livery stable, bank, office depot or other public place while the room la occupied by one customer, provided however that nothing herein contained shall prevent employees frotn entering any public place where they are employed.8ectlon 3 It shall be unlawful for t any person, other than an employee.
