The following Indies were elected fur the officers of Smyrna Hive last Saturday night: Commander, Loretta Gardner; past commander, Lizzie Hoppough; lieutenant commander, Bessie Reeves; chaplain. Emma Lee; record keeper, Olive Inslcy; finance keeper, Addie Joslirr; sergeant. Corn Davis; mis tress-at-arms, Mary Hoppough; sentinel. Nellie Cowles; picket, Magpie Olds; pianist, Aldena Harris. No arrangements were made for the installation, which will be sometime in January.Don't forget the fair to be given , bv the Lady Mactbws for the benefit of the V. M. C. A.. There will be a miscellaneous booth at which place you may purchase dainty little Christmas gifts at very low prices. Supper of the cafeteria style wil be served from six to nine n. m.. with a free ( program following the supper.Earl rvtbrs left Saturday night for Grand Rapids to attend a telegraphers' school. Irving McLaughlin is the new Pcre Marquette agent now. jEarl Davis is the new substitute for Frank Joslin on the rural route.
