COUNCIL DOINGS.Palatine, Illinois, Dec. 1, 1913.Palatine Village Board met in regular session with president laylor in the chair and with the following roster present, Schroeder, Hackbarth, Hildebrandt and Bruhns. Absent trustees Langrehr and Ost.Minutes of Nov. 6 were read and declared approved as read.Treasurer’s report read, duly moved by trustees 1 Hildebrandt and Schroeder that the report be accepted and placed on file. Motion prevailed, all voting aye. Duly moved by trustees Hildebrandt and Bruhns that the bills o. k’d. by several committees be allowed and warrants drawn on the treasurer in payment of the same. Motion prevailed, all votinglye.Judiciary committee presented art extension of the Public Service Company gas mains on Bothwell an Smith streets. Duly movedby trustees Schroeder and Hackbarth that the ordinance be passed and approved. Motion pevailed, all voting aye.Mr Chas. Baumgarten presented the matter of the reducing to grade his sidewalk line and after discussion Mr. Baumgarten agreed with tne board to bring his walk down to grade and to begin the work and under the superintendance of the board,^within the next ten days hereafter.President Taylor reported that Mr. Daily, supt. of C. N. W. had met him in Palatine as per agreement and had promised to provide the filling as requested and build a cement walk from Dr. Black’s to depot north of track, also other improvements.On motion board adjourned.Stuart P.
