Stokes was passed.The Board of Supervisors of (.ho Co. of Badax do order and deter mine as follows, to wit:Thai the sheriff of the Countv of Bad-ax be instructed to receive of John M. Stokes the sum of $150 in satisfaction of the execution and judgement against the said Stokes, and on which the said Stokes is now imprisoned in the caso of the State of Wisconsin against John M.uStokes, And do further order that if the said sheriff shall receive the said amount above mentioned, and discharge the said John M.
