Smith, of Cleveland, and Alexander Miller, of Ohio City, made contracts for building at Toledo, for the Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan Railroad Company, a brick freight warehouse 600 feet long by 125 in width, at the cost of $45,000 ; a brick passenger-house, 110 by ^77 feet, three stories high, with offices, c., for $42,000, and brick car-houses, 77 by 370 feet, for $36,000.The dividends of the Pittsburgh and Cleveland Road will be for the half year, it is stated, 5 per cent.
