The team of Eunice Hunter Gladys Swain both Brownfield took first place in Monday night's Brownfield Duplicate Bridge Club action at the XYZ Club. Runner-ups were James McAllister Carol Maule both of Lamesa and the third place team was Kathleen Barton Val Thompson also of Brownfield. Hostesses for the evening were Betty Joplin Maurine Winn. The Brownfield Duplicate Club will have its Christmas party at the XYZ Club at 7 p.m. Dec. 16. RICKY HIEBERT Services for Ricky Thiessen Hiebert, 12, of Seminole were held Dec. 2 in South Seminole Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Kinnison of ficiating. Burial was in Campo 101 Apartado 52 in Cuauhtemoc Chihua hua, Mexico. The services were under the direc tion of Brownfield Funeral Home. Ricky Hierbert died near Brownfield on Nov. 28. He was born March 1, 1984 in Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico and moved with his mother to Seminole in 1990. He was a sixth grade student at Seminole Public Schools and was a member of the South Seminole Bap tist Church. He is survived by his mother--Hel ena Thiessen Hiebert of Seminole, one sister--Jackieline Hiebert of Seminole and one brother--Jacob Hiebert of Canada. He is also survived by seven one half sisters--Elizabeth Banman of Mexico; Justina Banman Maria Lowen both of Canada; Helena Wiebe Tina Guenther both of Seminole and Aganetha Hierbert Anna Letgeman both of Kentucky.
