No. 8446 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATRIX Notice is hereby given to the cred itors, heirs, devisees and legatees of Alban D. Leiker, deceased, and all others concerned, that on the 26th day of October, 1966, the undersigned was by the probate court of Ellis County, Kansas, duly appointed and qualified as Administratrix of the Es tate of Alban D. Leiker, deceased, late of Ellis County, Kansas. All parties interested in said estate will take notice and govern themselves accordingly. All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the said estate within nine months from the date of first publication of this notice as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited they shall be forever barred. We, the Board of County Commission ers, of Ellis County, Kansas, having been authorized by the general elec tion of November 8, 1966, to sell the hereinafter described property, do hereby give notice in accordance with Section 19-211 of K. S. A., that the following described property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash with the bids, said sale to be had on the 19th day of December, 1966, at ten o’clock A.M. on the front steps of the Ellis County Courthouse, Hays, Kansas, said property described as follows: Said tracts of land described as land in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Four (4), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Fighteen (18) West of the Sixth (6th) P.
