RHINELANDER, Wis.---Mrs. Rose Cegielski, 73, of Three Lakes, is the oldest woman ever arrested in Oneida county for violation of prohibition laws. In municipal court here, Mrs. Cegielski pleaded guilty to selling moonshine and was fined $300, with an alternative of four months in jail. Owing to the woman’s age, Judge H.
