Auburn Prison for Bomb Throwers, jBatavia, Dec. 1.—A plea of guilfy' tomurder in the second degree was ■made by Charles Scinta and IngiwzloFaretla in supreme court here todayand accepted by the court. The menwill be sentenced to Auburn prL-.on.i Favetta recently confessed to the police that on the morning of September25th he and Scinta (hurled a bomb intothe building hero occupied by Samuel Battaglia and his family wrecking the j,building and killing Battaglia, hia wife• and child. '
