Green, judge of probate. .In the matter of the estate of Edna Ironmonger, deceased.On reading and tiling the petition, duly verified, of Lottie Graves praying this court for the reasons therein stated, to adjudicate arid determino who were, at the time ot her death, the lawful heirs of said deceased, and their respective rights in and to the real estate whereof the said deceased died, seized, and also to determine who are now lawfully entitled to the same and the share and portion0 Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, tlm 7th day of December, 1891 next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, bo assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to beholden m the probate office, in the city of Harmon* and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerof the petitioner should not be granted; and it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendancy of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing acopyor this order to be published in the Clare Democrat* Press, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.Wibixui W.
