• HIGH POINT — The North Carolina Shakespeare t Festival Players joined by High Point community actors hope to provide an evocation of the Christmas spirit by bringing to life Charles Dickens' immortal classic. “A Christmas Carol.”The Friends of the High Point Theatre will sponsor the 1 production which will be held at the High Point Theatre on Friday, Dec. 9, at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.Tickets are available at the High Point Theatre box office Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m Prices for adults are $3 000, children 12 and under, $1.50.
