by PtL Joseph DykersOn Nov. 21 Chesley Allison of Stow was transported to Emerson Hospital where he was left for treatment.On Nov. 23 DominicLamorticelli of Stow was ansported to Emersonospital where he was left fortreatment.A 2 car accident was investigated by PtL Hyden on Rte. 117 at Wheeler Rd. The operators, Barbara Marko of Worcester and SuzannaLambert of Hudson, were nqt ured and were able to drive eir vehicles from the scene. Daniel Lattuca of Maynard appeared in Concord District Court where trial was held on charges of speeding, operating so as to endanger the lives and safety of the public and manslaughter. Mr. Lattuca was found guilty of speeding and endangering and fined a total of $200.00 and no cause was found on the Manslaughter charge.On Nov. 24 Henry Murphy of Stow was transported to Emerson Hospital where he wason Rte. 62.Peter J. Showalskis of Marlboro paid a fine of $10,00 for speeding on Rte. 62.IstvanCziria of Maynard paid a fine of $10.00 for failing to keep right where the view is not unobstructed for a distance of 400 ft. on Rte. 117.Herculano. Rego of Hudson paid a fine of $25.00 for speeding on Rte. 62.John F. Siniawski of Marlboro paid a fine of $25.00 for speeding on Rte, 62.Martin D. Granville of Hudson paid a fine of $15.00 for speeding on Route 62.Stephen C. Worrell of Norwood paid a fine of $5.00 for a stop sigrf violation and a fine of $10,00 for failing to keep right where the view is not unobstructed for a distance of 400 ft.Dominic Barbu to of Maynard paid a fine of $10.00 for speeding on Rte. 117.Gordon P. Catton of Marlboro paid a fine of $10.00 for speeding on Rte. 62.Peter Eley of Stow paid a fine totaling $35.00 for speeding and failing to keep right where the view is not unobstructed for a distance of 400 ft. on Rte. 117,Lois M. Crosby of Hudson paid a fine of $10.00 for speeding on Hudson Rd.James Walsh of Buzzards Bay paid a fine of $10.00 for speeding
