MONDAY, DEC. 21, 1936, at the hour of ten o’clock, A. M.,I at the court house door in Danbury, N. C., expose at public sale to the highest bidder for cash the following described lands conveyed in said deed of trust: Three several tracts of land which all together contain about H631 acres, more or less, lie contiguous to each other, and form one tract, the first one containing about 68\lt; acres, the second about 3*4 acres, thethird about 45 acres, and as thus composed make one tract which adjoins the lands of Dee Bullin, John Sisk, Mrs. RuffusDalton and Jame3 Hicks, lying on the waters of Snow Creck.'in Beaver Island and Danbury Townships, Stokes County. N. C. For metes and bounds of said three tracts of land together with full description thereof reference is hereunto, made to a deed from James Hicks andswjfe, Alvirda Hicks, to R. W. Hicks, bearing even date with this instrument, and which will be recorder in the office of the Register of Deeds for StokesCounty, N. C., and reference made to a deed from John Martin, Sheriff, to Richard J. Wood recorded in said office in Book No. 19, at pages 382-3, and to deed from Richard J.
