We is with regret that we record] the passing of a much respected ‘edighitor and resident of the town in the personal Mrs. Charlotte Weekes, widow of the ate! John War’! which took place on Sunday last Nov. 6th. The deceased lady was in her $7th year, despite her age had enjoyed fairly good health up to a week for two previous to her death. Mrs Ward was a good adtaviet disposition, and one who was sach Loved an respected by her neigh bors an friend Born at Grencos, Moss Casaty, Ont., she ame west with her husband wd fam ily in 1991, and took up their residence in Carbert's, and ad resided there and in this district almost since that time, of the pat ten years she had made her with her daughter, Mrs. Mr. R. ttle, Mr. Ward predeceased her in June 1923.
