Ffcmagan, attorney, filed in the office of the clerk of said court his cim-plaint against said defendant, and' also the affidavit of a competent person, that said defendant, Hannah Hayes, is a non-resident of the state of Indiana, said non-resident defendant is therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said suit, and that said cause will stand for trial at the January term of said court, 1921', on the 26th judicial day of the January term, 1921, of said court, to-wit: on the 1st day of February, 1921.Witness my hand and the seal of said court affixed at office in Lafayette, on this 2d day of December, A.
