\J 1 I WUI\ I L-1XO(Clinton County Man in Pen for Arson Recommended for Parole by Board.The Board of Pardons in Columbus yesterday recommended to the Governor favorable action on tea applications. Among this number was the petition of Joseph Burger, of Clinton county.It will he remembered that iust a year ago this week Burger and Cecjl Bible were -entem-ed in Judge West’-court for arson. Burger had been employed by Bible in the hitter's store at West boro, this county. The store was located in a building owned by the Odd Fellows. A year ago it burned under mysterious circumstance- and the arrest of Bible and Burger followed an investigation. Prosecuted by Attorney- Doan and Clevenger, the men were sentenced to the pen.Since their incarceration in the ; ig institution at Columbu- Burger has i^en a m del pri-oiier.
