HOTICE.Notice is hereby given th*fc the. undersigned Referees, who have been duly appointed as such Referees by the United.States District Judge of the Eastern District of Oklahoma, to-wit: The Honorable Ralph E. Campbell* for the purpose of assessing all damage in the case ■ of the Kansas City. Southern Railway Company vs. Ben Butti, minor, Dave Bush, guardian, et a1, brought in the United. States Court of the Eastern Dlrtrict of Oklahoma, will meet for the purpose of assessing the damages to the lands described below, as provided by law, at the office of Kyle McCombs, in the town of Sailisaw, State .bfi'Qklahomu, on the 18th day of December,, 1909* hfcthe hour of 9 o’clock A, M, j and fche said ^Rcf-erees will then and there hear all evidence that may be offered touching the condemnation of the following lands:A tract, parcel or strip of land between the westerly right of way line of the K. C* S. Ry, as now constructed and operated and a line 50 feet distant from, westerly, and parallel with the newly located center line of said railway as now surveyed and staked on, over arid across the e 1-2 of the ne 1-4 of the ne 1-4 of Sec. 7, T. 13n, R. 24 E. in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.The said Referees will, at the above time and place assess all damages due to the said Ben Bush, et al, and to all other parties or persons for the taking of said lands by the Kansas City Southern Railway Company.
