John Harmon,Louiza Harmon and others.— On petition tosell Real EstateiCOMES said Administrator by hi* counsel, and files his petition praying the sale of the real estate therein named, and it Appearing to the satisfaction of the codrt, that John Harmon, Louifti Harmon, Abner Madden, flenry Hadden, Richard Madden and William Madden are not at this tune residents of the State of In* diana.It is thereupon on motion, ordered by the court that notice of the pendfehcy of this application be given the said John Harmon, Louiza Hannon, Abner Madden, Uenry Madden*. Richard Madden and William Madden, by advertisement in the “Republican Banner,” a weekly newspaper, printed end published in the city of Madison, county of Jefferson, and State of Indiana, for four weeks successively, and that unless they be and personally appear here on the first day of the next term of this eourt, to be hol-den on the second Monday in February next, either by themselves or counsel, enter their appearance herein, and plead, answer or demur to said petition, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.By order of the Court.—Attest-*JNO.
