PETER R. HOLUPPeter R. Holup, 68, 309 North Moore Street in Bessemer, died Tuesday morning, November 25, at Divine Infant Hospital.Born June 29,1907, he attended Bessemer schools and was employed by the City of Bessemer Water Department until his retirement. He was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Ramsay.He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Charlotte Anderson, in 1944; his father, John, in 1939, and a brother, Michael, in 1962.He is survived by his mother, Agnes Holup of Bessemer; four brothers, Anthony of Stockton, California, John of Iron wood, and Vincent and Bernard of Bessemer; and one sister, Monica Nelson of Bessemer.Funeral services were held Saturday at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with the Rev. Donald Fus officiating. Burial was in Hill-crest Cemetery.
