Ira Millet*(Funeral services for Ira Millett, who passed away Tuesday night at St. Joseph Mercy hospital, Aurora, will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Crane funeral home, the Rev. R. E. Turnbull officiating. Burial will be I in East Batavia cemetery. 'IMr. Millett was born in Iowa on Jan. 26, 1858, and had lived in Batavia for many years. For many years he was employed by |1 the Chicago Aurora and Elgin railroad, from which service he retired some years ago. He was a charter member of Batavia Lodge No. 682, Loyal Order of Moose, in which organization he took an active interest and was a frequent attendant at meetings until his last illness.Mr. Millett is survived bv there daughters, Miss Minnie Offen-send, Mrs. Lillian Hinterlong and , Mrs. Verna Butcher, all of Ba-1 via, and five sons, Charles of Chicago, Lloyd, William, Clarence and Edward, all of Batavia.
