Rev. C. C. Martin, an aged FreewillY Baptist ministar, well known through-1 out Southwest Georgia, died at his home in Randolph county on Thursday night of last week. He was the father of Mrs. J. S. Cowart and Mrs. W. J. Roberts, of Arlington, and had legions of friends among his old parishioners in Early and adjoining counties, who will learn with sorrow of his death, even though it was a falling on sleep of an old soldier of thecross.
