SCOTT ARMSTRONG, Complainant, vs.PINKNEY BELT, and others, Defend ants.In thb Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Md., in Equity.No. 3227 Equity.THE OBJECT of this suit is to obtain a decree for the sale of the real es tate of which Pinkney Belt, died siezed and possessed, in Prince George’s County, State of Maryland, to pay a claim due the Complainant and other Cre ditors who may come in and contribute to the expenses of this suit.The Bill states that Pinkney Belt died on or about May 15th, 1904, intestate and a widower, leaving the followi ng children all adults as his sole heirs at law, viz Pinkney Belt, whose wife is Mary Belt, both residing in Prince George’s County aforesaid, Kate Belt, unmarried residing in Ardmore, Pa., Maggie Keiler whose husband is William Keiler, Mary Murray, whose husband is William Murray, Sophy Armstrong, widow, Basil D. M. Belt, whose wife is Sarah Belt, all residing in Washington, D. C., Hester Tape, whose husband is Walter Tape, residing in Pennsylvania, Isabella Lomax, whosehusband is-----Lomax, residing inthe State of Pennsylvania.That one Albert B. Sansbury was ap pointed Administrator of the said Pink ney Belt, but never qualified as such, and the said Albert B. Sansbury having also died, one E. Wylie Sansbury was appointed by the Orphans’ Court of said County Administrator d. b. n. of the said Pinkney Belt, and in virtue thereof has possessed himself of the personal es tate of the said Pinkney Belt.That the personal estate of the said Pinkney Belt is not sufficient to pay all the just debts due aud owing by the said Pinkuey Belt at the time of his death and for fuueral expenses, for which fuDeral expeuses there is owing the Complainant aud interest that the said Piuk ney Belt left 10 47 HO acres of laud, more or less, iu Prince George’s County, Md.It is tUereupou this 17 day of Nov., 1905, ordered by the Circuit Court for Prince Georges County sitting as a Court of Equity,that the Complainaut.by causing a copy of this order to be inserted iu some newspaper published in Prince George’s county once in each of four successive weeks before the 23rd day of December, 1905, give notice to the said Kate Belt, unmarried, Sophy Armstrong, widow, Basil D. M. Belt and wife Sarah Belt, Hester Tape, husband Walter Tape, Isabella Lomax,husband-----Lomax, Maggie Keiler,and husband W illiam Keiler, Mary Murray aud husband, William Murray, all non residents of this State, of the object aud the substance of this Bill, warning them aud each of them to appear in this Court either in person or by Solicitor, on or before the 8th day of January next, to show cause, if any they have, w'hy a decree ought n®t to be passed as prayed.GEORGE C.
