A verdict for tlie plaintiff, fixing damages at $20,7118, was rendered by the jury in the suit of C. G. A. Loder, an independent druggist of Philadelphia, against the National Druggists* association, the Philadelphia Wholesale Druggists’ association and the Philadelphia Retail Druggists* association. Mr. Loder brought suit for $100,000 under the Sherman act, alleging that a conspiracy existed among the defendants to ruin his business.
