Bodenstab, deceased, intestate.On reading- and tiling- the petition of John T. Hertel, of Moeine in said county, representing among other things that Frederick E. Bodenstab an inhabitant of said county, on the 10th day of July, A. D., 1^97 at Pesotum, 111., died intestate, leaving estate to be administered, and that the said petitioner is an uncle of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to him or some other suitable person granted. . ‘ ,It is ordered, that said petition be heard at a regular term of said county court to be held on Tuesday, the 7th day of December, A. D., 1897, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the office of theCounty Judge, in the city of Manitowoc, in said county.Ordered further, that notice of the time and place so appointed, be given to all persons interested, by pubblication hereof for threeweeks successively, prior to said day of hearing in the Manitowoc Post, a weekly newspaper published at Manitowoc in said county.Dated at Manitowoc, the 10th day of November, A.
