I Acquittal of a Child Murdoresa.In the Cole county circuit court, on Saturday last. Mr*. Kmily Schneider, formerly of Scdniia, was Acquitted'on the charge of murdering- her infant, nearly jone year ago, on the ground* of insanity, at lime of the ar:t. Airs. Schneider was married ยป tlda city, but %resided in Jefferson City when alio committed the fearful deed. The Dip patch says there scorns to be but little doubl in the minds of the community that the decision ia correct.
