JT Mr. W. B. Fisk writes from Kansas, under date of Nov. 21, to his sons in this city, that the surveying party engaged in surveying the lands in that section, preparatory to their being brought into market, have reached his heuse. There were about four hundred settlers following them with their “moving wagons/’ containing their - household goods, prepared to take up claims as soon as the lines were established. Some eight or ten persons had ;4een shot in quarrels over the location claims.
