LEGAL NOTICES LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOtice is hereby given that the Local Alcoholic Beverage Board of Madison County, Indiana, will, at 9 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 1965, at the Commissioners Court, in the City of Anderson, Indiana in said County, begin investigation of the applications of the following named persons, requesting the issue to the applicants, at the locations hereinafter set out, of the Alcoholic Beverage Permits of the classes hereinafter designated and will, at said time and place, receive in formation concerning the fitness of said applicants, and the propriety of issuing the permits applied for to such applicants at the premises named: Jeremiah L. and Raymond G., Dial, dba D D Cigar Store, (Res taurant) Beer Retailer, 27 E. Ninth St., Anderson, Indiana. Covey’s Tavern, Inc., by Melvin E. Bloom, Pres., R. R. No. 3, No blesville, Indiana, and James R Smart, Sec., 509 W.
