NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND REPORT AND PETITION — DISTRIBUTION 44875 in the Superior Neo of the State of Washington For Walla Walla County fin Probate) IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GENEVIEVE G. FERREL, Deceased NOTICE is hereby given that Dorothy Glikerson Jilg, the Executrix of the estate of Genevieve G. Ferrer, deceased, has rendered and presented for final settlement to, and filed with the clerk of the Superior Court of said County and State her Executrix’ final account and report and petition for distribution as such Executrix; and that Tuesday the 29th day of September, 1959, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the court room of our said Superior Court at Walla Walla. In said County has been duly appointed by our Superior Court for the Settlement of the Final Account, at which time the Court is asked to settle such report, dis tribute the property to the heirs or per sons entitled to the same and discharge the Executrix.
