START WORKON DUBOISWork is to be started shortly onthe* improvements to be made on the John E Du Bo is mansion, which has hem turned over to the DuBols Undergraduate Center of Penn State College for use in Its future pro gram. Extensive Improvements are to be ruade to the building and grounds through a government work project, and It is expected that the work will be completed before the end of the year.The fine old mansion, it will be recalled* last spring was made available for use of the Penn State Center through the generosity of the members of the J E. Du Bo is family. Since then engineers and artisans and official have been engaged in devel-1 oping the plans for changing it over to a college and financing the project* all of which have been accomplished.Meanwhile, Center authorities and students are preparing for the opening of the third term of the DuBois Center with ample assurances of another large increase in the enroll-(Tum to Page 7, Col. «
