Work Begins At Once-The serving-of the notices in connection with the Winnobago-Kossutli drainage ditch was commenced Monday. This is no small matter as there are about 2,10 parties to be served.Work on the big- ditch will begin within a Tew days as the Interstate Drainage Investment company have moved their immense ditching machine from Free born county to Kossuth.
