Teamswere sent for it but did not arriveuntil the fire had spread all over theblock and was of very little use onaccount of lack of water pressure.There was lack of organization andpeople worked haphazard or stoodlooking idly on as the fire licked upbuilding after building. There is greatindignation over the lack of organization for fire fighting, and the city officials have shown their absolute incapacity to cope with the subject.
