Culp, son of Willard Culp, and Miss Sylvia Diamond, 612 Illinois avenue, was performed Saturday,August 17 in the bridal chapel of the First Presbyterian: ehureh^ The Rev. Wm. Atkinson Young officiated at the double ring ceremony.Miss Gertrude Diamond -was bridesmaid for her sister, and Harold Hardesty, Jr., was best man.The bride wore for her wedding an ensemble of beige, simply made, and her corsage was made of roses. Her sister was attired in an eyelet afternoon dress and she also wore a rose corsage.A reception was held following the exchange of voyjs, at the home of the bridegroom’s aunt, Mrs. Frank Culp, 301 East London avenue. Seventy-five guests were present to extend congratulations to the newly-weds.Refreshments of punch, cake and mints were served to the guests from the attractive table which held the tiered wedding cake and pastel gladioli.‘ Both Mr. and Mrs. Culp are j graduates of Woodruff High sehool. Mrs. Culp has been employed at the Caterpillar Tractor company. Mr. Culp ,a veteran {of World War II, has enrolled ■at Bradley university.The couple have taken an apartment at 808 North street.
