a6. THE STATE OF INDIANA, FOUNTAIN COUNTY, In the Fountain Circuit Court, September Term, 1907. Robert St. Clair ra ve Daniel F. Lemon et a. ‘Complaint No. 1212 Now comes the plaintiff, by W. B. Paul his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit of a competent per son that eaid defendants, Joseph Boggs, J. D. Wad and John J.Campbell are not residents of the State of Indiana, and that said action ‘a for debt, and that said non-resident de fendants are necessary parties thereto. Notice is therefore hereby given said de~ fendanta, last exmed, that unless they be and appear on the 15th day of October, 1907, the same being the 38th judicial day of the next term of the Fountain circuit court, to be begun and holden on the lat Monday of Sep tember, AD., 17.at the court house in Cov ington, in said county and state,and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
