Henry County Indiana, the rents and profits for a tens not exceeding seven years, of the following real estate, to writ: commencing at a point I- rods east of the south-east corner of lot So 4 in Lewis Summers tirst addition tothe town of Middletown. Indiana, and running zbence north to the south line of High Street in said town thence in a south-westerly diree-I tion along the south line of said street to a 1 point due north of a point 414 rods west of the , place of beginning thence south to a point due west of the place of beginning thence east 4H tods to the place of beginning being a part of the north-west quarter of said section, township and range.If such rents and profits will not sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy said decree, interest and costs.
