kfc* £ The business of Registration inthis County, so far as wo learn has gone on with the approbation of all good men, everywhere, except in the Leitcrsburg and Ringgold districts.In Lcitcrsbarg a certain Charles Lee Armour, late Judge in Colorado, has some* how managed to become tho Register.— This man, with a full knowledge of the law and constitution, has nevertheless so far yielded to that love of meanness which has always disgraced his chaiacter, and which has rendered him a moral and social stench wherever ho is known, as to utterly refuse to register any one unless ho votes the Radical ticket. And, in order to drive away nil others has invented a system of badgering, brow-beating and overbearing conduct, of which the vilest man on earth should feel ashamed.The other, George Fulton, » ignorant, conceited, and consequently intolerant and persecuting.
