SAVANNAH, Avgust 30. E are informed, that on the 26th of last month, 13 vessels lying in Reseau Road at Dominica were drove afore in a hard gale of wnd, and, with their cargoes, were entirely lost. Considerable damage it is also said was done to the shipping at Guadalupe. Several vessels in St. Euflatia Road drove from their anchors and put to sea, but some of them returned, and the rest got safe to some of the other islands. Arthur Forrest, Esg.
