MBlackwell by d eedi dated January 25 1886, recorded in Vol. U. page 66 of said deed records, which deeds and the records thereof are referred to and made part of plaintiff's petition j for further description; that said I property is of the estimated vs* Ilue of $3,000.00, that plaintiff! owns an undivided one fourth j interest therein, that defendant J L.
