R*Another Boarder.—On Tuesday last the Sheriff of Oregon Comity, brought to our jail for safe keeping, a notorius character by the name of Squire Sturgeon, aginst whom there arc several indictments for murder, and robbery, lie was connected with tho Thompson robbery iq Carter County last spring, lie is one of the links to the chain of horse thieves that operate in thojlower part of the State. When being arrested, he made fight but was soon brought totimo by receiving a ball in bis light shoulder.
