Marshall to he to place in nomination for county, district, ami precinct offices*, a ticket that all might unite in supporting^On motion of M. B. Getchell, the meet- | ing proceeded to ballot for two representatives to the Legislature of the Territory. Mr. Marshal! made known to the meeting his intention not to he a candidate for re-election. I• On tnoirnn of Mr. Carlton, the chair appointed Messrs. Murphv, Farnhaiu, Chee-ver, and Carlton, tellers. iOn motion of Mr. Marshall, two thirds of all \otes cast were required for a choice.After se\eral hallottings, Messrs. Edward Patch and J. W. North, esq., received the number of ballots requisite for a choice,ami were declared duly nominated for representatives. (On motion of Mr. Marshall, Roswell P.
