Page 20THURSDAY, AUGUST, 28, 1947The new Desert Hot Springs bath house which is to replace the one razed by firelast January, is a modern steel and concrete structure, entirely fireproof, with specially constructed tubs where people who come for treatment may lie in the natural hot mineral water which many feel has cured them of arthritis and kindred ailments. It faces the site where the new cold water plunge will be located. This plunge is to be large enough for all national contests but the Olympics, according to L. W. Coffee, sub-divider and owner of the Plunge. Tlie bath house will be ready for patronage this fall.
