Ben Pylate Appeals*Vagrancy ConvictionTo the Circuit Court.The case of the State vs. Ben Pylate, on the charge of vagrancy, for abandoning his wife, was tried by a jury in the court of Justice of the Peace B. A. Boutwell last Saturday. The jury returned a verdict of guilty late Saturday evening and Justice Boutwell sentenced' Pylate to serve thirty days in jail or make a $201 bond to support his wife.
