—A theatrical trust has been formed which will control the one night show stands of the country The deal was perfected by C. P. Walker,of Winnipeg, Canada, Maurice Jeucks of Sioux Falls, and H. L. Walker, of Brookings. The gentlemen met at Minneapolis the first of last week and closed the deal. The three control practically all the booking for that class of towns in western Canada, Minnesota, the two Dakotas and B western Iowa. 11
