GLENN GULCH GOLD COMES TO FAIRBANKSJ, L, Bratlie Brings Good Poke From Little Heard of Creek in Kantishna,J, Lu Bratlie is a recent arrival from the Kantishna, bringing with him a good-sized poke of coarse gold from Glenn gulch, or Glenn creek, one of the least heard of creeks in the country, but destined to be a good producer from all accounts. The gold is all extremely coarse and probably not of a higher assay value than that taken out from other producers in the Kan-tishna, but it is said to be there in quantity, and the operators who have been putting in their time on the creek his season express their satisfaction at the results achieved in a financial way.The ground is of much the same i nature as that generally prevalent ; throughout the Kantishna, being very i shallow and the gold being extremely i easy to clean up, owing to its coarse i quality. Mr. Bratlie will return to lt;the district and may engage in some winter work. ,
