AUGUST 28, 1872.LOCAL MATTE11S.Charters of Incorporation Recorded,—The Secretary of the Commonwealth has received for record, a copy of an act of incorporation, granted 011 the 21th ol August, 1872, by Judge Beverley it. Wellford, Jr., of the Circuit Court of the city of Richmond, to the “ Southern Lithographic Association, ” who propose to conduct in this city, the lithographic and c'iromo printing business. Capital stock not less than $5,000 or more than $100,000, divided in shares of $100 each. President, William 15. Isaacs; Secretary and Treasurer, R. E. Blankenship ; Directors, W. 15. Isaacs, Win. C. Carrington, John 11. Grea-nor, Win. II. Wade, and W111. E. Simons.The Secretary has also received for record a copy of an act of incorporation granted 011 theSthday of August, 1872, by Judge Ko. II. Turner, of the Twellh judicial circuit, to the “Orkney Springs Company,” the object of which is to open the Springs above-named, with a capital of not less than $25,000 or more than $100,000, divided in shares of $100 each. Principal business to be done at Orkney Springs in Shenandoah county. President, James II. Sibert; Treasurer, James M. Bradford.
