Juanita P. FreemonWINDSOR - Juanita P. Freemon, 96, of Windsor passed away at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday (August 25, 2009) at the Anderson Hospital in Maryville.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor with Rev. Richard Eident officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Windsor Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the Windsor Christian Church or the Heart and Lung Transplant Unit of Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.She was born January 19, 1913 in Stewardson the daughter of Elmer and Mabel(Rentfrow) Bailey. She married Forrest C.Freemon, February 14, 1932 in Fairfield and he preceded her in death October 10, 1952.She was a member of the Windsor Christian Church for 83 years, 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Shelby County Home Extension and delivered for Meals on Wheels. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 25 years of service. After retirement she loved to travel the world and be with her family.Surviving are daughter, Nancy Miller (Leonard) of Glen Carbon; son, DavidFreemon (Vicki) of Shel-byville; sister, Ethel Williamson of Sullivan; grandchildren Michael Freemon, Stephanie Doma-lewski (Steve), Matthew Miller, Rachel Miller and Amanda Koentz (Grant); great-grandchildren, Kayla, Leah and Noah Freemon and Samantha, Ryan and Drew Domalewski.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Marvin Bailey (Ruby) and Melvin Bailey and brother-in-law, John Williamson.Condolences at www. lockartgreenfuneral-home.com.To sign the online guestbook, go to www.jg-tc.com and click on obituaries.
