Joan is a 1976 graduate of Bandera High School and will be attending West Texas State University this fall. She will be majoring in Computer Science and System Analysis.She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murray and the granddaughter of Mrs. Joe Billings of Bandera.Joan wishes to express her deep appreciation and thanks to the American Legion Auxiliary, the local Post 157 and the individuals who helped her to receive this outstanding award.
